Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important: As per SEBI guidelines, subscription fees for research analyst services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to TrendMasters are non-refundable once the service has been activated and research recommendations have been shared.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure preventing service delivery for extended periods
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Service not activated within 24 hours of payment
3. Refund Process
- Submit refund request to support@trendmasters.in
- Include payment details and reason for refund
- Requests reviewed within 7 working days
- Approved refunds processed within 15 working days
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel future renewals at any time
- No prorated refunds for partial usage periods
- Access continues until subscription expiry
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Dissatisfaction with research performance or returns
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to follow risk management guidelines
- Market conditions beyond our control
